After 25+ years in advertising, marketing and executive search, Lucy retrained as a business psychologist and leadership coach. She now helps organisations tackle people challenges that are often hard to define - let alone fix - around leadership, culture and performance. Whatever the starting point, the goal is always the same: to create environments where people feel good and do their best work.

- Launched her own consultancy after 25 years in advertising, marketing and executive search, and now works with clients globally
- Led business and strategy for agencies across the UK, Europe and Canada, for brands as diverse as L’Oréal, Dell, Coca-Cola, Nissan, Pfizer, News International, Rogers, Telus and the Dairy Farmers of Canada
- Once stopped by police for driving a giant Crème Egg past Buckingham Palace.

- Developed people strategy for two London agencies and a boutique law firm, translating brand positioning into clear, actionable internal behaviours
